Above are some photos of your birthday celebrations. We had a small gathering on the Sunday prior your birthday with all your family and some friends. You got stuck into the chips that Grandad Jeff was giving you and loved the strawberries - you also thought the marshmellows on your cake were pretty good too.

Our little reindeer!

We put the christmas tree up today and found these antlers (they were Grandad Jeff's!). Tried to get a picture of Taya walking but she is too fast .... might try post a video link.

I haven't put the sunnies on Taya for a while as she keep ripping them off, but tried them out today and she didn't even notice them - thought she was pretty cool!

no hands!!! Taya is 'free-standing' more and more often now. We are just waiting for that first step .... ???

Hoodie

This is Taya in her new hoodie that I knitted ready for next winter. The colours look so awesome on her.

Swimming Today

We are onto our second swimming term and Taya is getting very confident in the water.

Walker

Taya is having great fun with her new walker. It only took her a day to suss it out and she is speeding across the lounge. When the weather is fine again she can have a go on the grass where there is a lot more space to go.

Outside

It was such a beautiful day today that Taya and I spent most of it outside which we both really enjoy.

Pulling Up

Taya has sussed out how to crawl so now she wants to walk! Every chance she gets she is pulling herself up onto things (couch, gate, laundry basket...). Taya can also now wave goodbye in her own cute way and clap her hands.

9 mths old

Taya's 9 month birthday today - wow how time flys! This is Taya just after she has eaten her yoghurt for afternoon tea and onto her cheese. She also pulled herself up on the couch today for the first time. Just got some gates lent to us to put on the doors as she is crawling at a rapid pace.

Outside

Taya loves crawling and standing on the grass now.

Taya loves practising her standing up now, especially in the bath tub - she's out of the water more than in!

Party Time!

Taya at Opal's 4th birthday party - the theme was 'Fairytale Party'.

Motorcross Chick!

Taya is testing out her motorcross outfit with Dad at the maize paddock track today.

At the park

Taya's first time at the park down the road. She had lots of fun playing on the slide and swing.

7 months old

7 months old and trying to eat everything in sight! Taya's appetite has grown so quickly, she is now on 3 solid meals a day plus milk.

Cousins

Taya with her cousins Jade and Amy. They are all having nappy free time at Nana & Grandads.

Manderins

Taya loves chewing/sucking on manderins through her 'baby safe feeder'.

Mum & Me

Trying to Crawl

Taya is really trying to get up on all fours now. The only thing is she tends to go backwards instead of forward!!!

Can you see my teeth???

Taya's two middle bottom teeth are popping through. The left one is up a bit higher and is very sharp.

Sitting Tall

Taya is just about sitting up by herself. The pillows help her from face planting!

Swimming

Taya with Daddy having a swim at the TA Events Centre. I have been taking Taya swimming weekly with some other mums & bubs and she loves it.

Mmm Food Time

Taya is right into her pureed mixed veg. This is after she demolished her meal. Also trying pureed fruit which is also a winner.

With Dragon ...

Taya having a laugh with her dragon .... she's been quite clingy lately so was good to see her playing happily by herself.
